Synthesis | 1. Extraction process: kelp powder → leaching → centrifugation → taking supernatant → low temperature evaporation and concentration to 1/4 of the original volume → 95% ethanol precipitation → ether degreasing → acetone decolorization → absolute ethanol washing → vacuum freeze drying → Kombu Crude Polysaccharide. 2. Purification method: add water to dissolve kelp crude polysaccharide, and adjust the pH value to 8 with ammonia water; under the condition that the temperature is lower than 50 ℃, add 20% H2O2 dropwise until the solution is pale yellow, and then keep it for 2 hours; Distilled water was dialyzed for 3 d. After 3 d, the non-permeable part was removed by Sevag method; then dialyzed with distilled water for 3 d, added 3 times the volume of 95% ethanol for precipitation, and left standing at 4 °C overnight; centrifuged the next day, and collected the precipitate. Preliminary purified white fibrous kelp polysaccharide can be obtained by vacuum freeze-drying. 3.
