Aminophylline and theophylline: inhibits
metabolism of aminophylline and theophylline
(enhanced effect).
Antivirals: use adefovir with caution; increased risk
of peripheral neuropathy with telbivudine.
Immunosuppressants: (e.g. ciclosporin, tacrolimus,
sirolimus) may have an antagonistic effect.
Metabolism
The metabolism is not known. Clearance is via the
kidneys.
