DIMETHYL SUBERIMIDATE DIHYDROCHLORIDE Usage And Synthesis
Chemical Properties
white amorphous powder
Uses
Dimethylsuberimidate dihydrochloride is used as a homobifunctional cross-linking reagent for amino groups. It is also used for the modification of tyrosinase to produce biocatalytic enzymatic flow-through detectors. It serves as a cross-linker for preparation of collagen-calcium phosphate composites. Further, it is used in the treatment of avian myeloblastosis virus.
Uses
Reactant involved in:
Chemical modification of tyrosinase for coupling to produce biocatalytic enzymatic flow-through detectors
Cross-linker for synthesis of collagen-calcium phosphate composites
General Description
Dimethyl suberimidate dihydrochloride acts as a cross-linking agent for amino groups. It is used in the treatment of avian myeloblastosis virus (AMV).
