N,N-Dimethylacrylamide Usage And Synthesis
Chemical PropertiesColorless liquid
UsesN,N-Dimethylacrylamide is a useful monomer for synthetic fibers and plastics. It is also used in the synthesis of photoresponsive polymers and copolymers by grafting polysiloxane on the side chain of DMA by homopolymerization or grafting cellulose to form cellulose polymers and copolymerization of methyl methacrylate with DMA or copolymerization of DMA with styrene and butadiene.
