Preparation | Bis(4-(diethylamino)phenyl)methanone and N-Ethylnaphthalen-1-amine in Toluene and Phosphoryl chloride?condensation. | Properties and Applications | brilliant blue (NC raw lacquer). Slightly soluble in water, but soluble in hot water for blue, soluble in ethanol for blue. In concentrated sulfuric acid for brown light yellow, dilution after red yellow. Dye aqueous solution to join sodium hydroxide as red brown. Mainly used for carbon paper, ball pen etc of cultural and educational supplies coloring.
