| Neosophoramine Usage And Synthesis |
Description | Neosophoramine has been obtained from Sophora alopecuroides during the blossoming period when it occurs to the extent of 0.0025 per cent dry weight. The base is found in the fraction which is insoluble in petroleum ether and has been identified after separation by column chromatography on alumina using infrared, NMR and mass spectrometry. | References | Manakhova et al., Khirn.
