Uses	Vanadium(V) triisopropoxide oxide serves as a building block for a series of neutral oxovanadium complexes containing both ethoxide and acetylacetonate ligands. It is also used in catalysis. Further, it acts as a precursor and used in thermal atomic layer deposition of vanadium pentoxide.
