General Description	Triethylgermanium hydride (Ge(C₂H₅)₃H) may be prepared by a three step process: Ge(C₂H₅)₃Br reacted with Na to yield Ge₂(C₂H₅)₆ Ge₂(C₂H₅)₆ treated with Li to form Ge(C₂H₅)₃Li ammonolysis of Ge(C₂H₅)₃Li to give the end product, Ge(C₂H₅)₃H. 1
