BocNH-PEG7-OH Usage And Synthesis
DescriptionN-Boc-PEG7-alcohol is a PEG linker containing a hydroxyl group and Boc-protected amino group. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups. The Boc group can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions to form the free amine.
Biological ActivityN-Boc-PEG7-alcohol is a PROTAC bridge that belongs to the PEG class and the Alkyl/ether class. It can be used to synthesize a series of PROTAC molecules. Also it is a cleavable ADC linker for the synthesis of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
