| 2-Chloro-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-pyrido[3,4-d]pyriMidine Usage And Synthesis |
Description | 2-Chloro-5, 6, 7, 8-tetrahydro-pyrido [3, 4-d] pyrimidine is a deriviative of pyrimidine. 5, 6, 7, 8-tetrahydropyrido[3, 4-d] pyrimidine compounds can act as mTOR kinase and PI3 kinase inhibitors and be used in the treatment of related metabolic diseases. It can also inhibit the extracellular signal-regulated kinase (Erks), and thus have potential to assist in the treatment of related tumor.
