General DescriptionSudan Blue II is a synthetic dye, with a functional azo group and aromatic ring. It is widely used to stain alcohols, esters, hydrocarbon derivatives, oils, fats and waxes. Sudan Blue II is carcinogenic and is harmful to human health and environment.
