Anti-aging Properties | Syn-Coll, or palmitoyl tripeptide-3/5 (Palmitoyl-lysyl-valyl-lysine bistrifluoracetate salt), is a synthetic
signal oligopeptide that has been shown to promote collagen formation in both in vitro and in vivo
studies through the growth factor TGFβ. The mechanism of this peptide is similar to thrombosponin
I (TSPI) activity. TSPI is expressed in dermal cells, especially during wound healing. This protein binds
