DescriptionTemafloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that acts as a DNA topoisomerase inhibitor. It has broad antimicrobial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, such as S. pneumoniae, M. hominis, and anaerobic bacteria, including B. fragilis.
