Uses	Calcium Lactobionate is the calcium salt of lactobionic acid (4-(b, d-galactosido)-d-gluconic acid) produced by the oxidation of lac- tose. it is soluble in water and is used as a firming agent in dry pud- ding mixes.
Uses	A hydrated form of lactobionic acid calcium salt, which is used to prepare calcium-induced skim milk gels using different calcium salts.
Uses	Supplement (calcium).
Safety Profile	When heated to decomposition it emits acrid smoke and irritating fumes
