| Tilmicosin phosphate Usage And Synthesis |
Uses | Tilmicosin phosphate is a salt of the semi-synthetic antibiotic derivative of desmycosin (tylosin B), a minor co-metabolite of tylosin, prepared by mixing the active tilmicosin with phosphoric acid to provide improved solubility and enhanced pharmacokinetics. Tilmicosin is a broad sepctrum antibiotic, providing good protection against Pasteurella in livestock. | Uses | Tilmicosin Phosphate Salt is the phosphate salt of the semi-synthetic antibiotic derivative. It can be used in biological study and pharmacological activity of bactericidal effects of various concentrations of enrofloxacin, florfenicol, tilmicosin phosphate, and tulathromycin on clinical isolates of Mannheimia haemolytica from cattle. |
